Kurtosis was founded in 2021 by frontman Kurt Giammattei, who has spent over 10 years splitting his time between the Pittsburgh and Austin music scenes. Sounding timeless yet unique, Kurtosis pulls from many genres; blending Motown, funk, jam band, classic and psych rock.
They debuted their self-titled album, Kurtosis, in October 2021 which features 8 original songs with their unique sound.
